I think two of my favorite scenes were the one between Nakao and Mizuki on the beach at night, and the one between Nanba and Kanoko as he congratulates her on her marriage.
One of the things I love best about the drama is that I like all the characters, even the minor ones, even the ones that don't get much screentime. This episode, filler that it was, served to underscore that fact once again.
And, not to make light of the above statements, but: ~Nanba runs into his first love, a woman five years his senior, that he initially wanted to run off and play house with (literally), except she disappeared out of his life three years ago, leaving him the manwhorey husk he is today.~
