They're now saying a Liberal minority govt is more likely than a Labor minority one. So that's awful. And yet at the same time we've got this lurching-left thing so I dunno. If the Greens can exert sufficient control that'll be interesting.
Plus the over 10% lower house Greens vote really puts a focus on how the system shuts out large minority parties. Bob Brown's talking about proportional representation on the tv atm.
On the one hand the thought that Abbott has to negotiate with the Greens considering Abbott is a tosser/bigot and climate change sceptic fills me with much much joy.
On the other hand FUCKING TONY ABBOTT AS PRIME-MINISTER.
Yeah. I'm especially annoyed at the commentary that somehow tied up the mining tax and deposing Kev as reasons Julia might lose.
Since for one thing her compromise apparently reduced the anti-ALP feeling that had been much worse under Kevin's plan. So for all I would have liked the larger tax, it would have made his govt *less* likely to win, so stfu people.
Save us WA, please save us! You had longer to vote. It was funny, the election coverage on ABC the labor guy said "it's only 5.30 in WA so if you're watching and haven't voted yet go vote labor" I thought it funny at the time.
Not panicking yet. I'm not. What? I'm not. Stop looking at me.

Hello, fisheries, timber industry and farming, they get taxed too and they certainly don't make the HUGE FUCKING profit that the mining companies do.
Man up and pay.
