Thank you! It seems, at least to me, that Neal's a bit cautious around Hughes in the series, and I hoped this would sound reasonable.

I liked this a lot. Reese doesn't show up often enough in our fic world. And, you did a really good with him. I especially liked the paragraph 4th from the end with Hughes's thoughts about finding Neal bleeding out.

Thank you so very much. Hughes does need to come out and play more often. I'm glad you liked that paragraph, it's my favorite, too. I believe that, while Reese may appear gruff, he really does care deeply for his team, but as an old-school boss he doesn't show it often.
