What happens between the ages of two and four?
Up until two, a child's eyes are big and bright and smiling and eager to learn, craving interaction.
By four, most children, (or so I have seen), still have the big, bright eyes, only they're hiding from interaction with the unknown. In other words, they become shy. What causes this shyness? Is it
