I need some help - I'm still paying my college loans back, but I have fallen in lust with a piece of luggage and I just want it...

This from someone who has just returned from a Bristol-London-Bangkok-Sydney-Singapore-London-Bristol trip today with various duct-taped bits of luggage, some of which also have double-stitched seams in neon-blue thread. If I were you I'd worry about about the handle... I have had too many of those slide up handles bend when the load was too heavy... And 4.5 kgs in weight still sounds a little much. If you think of a European allowance - 21 kgs, that's a quarter of your allowance still going on suitcase...

I would have taken advice ...if I hadn't already bought the EagleCreek. I've found that personal experiences (good and bad) make people quite passionate about their luggage ( ... )
