..i wish i could sleep at a time earlier than three or four in the morning. sleep does not seem to work well for me anymore

nope, i was only there for a year. i've worked in actual restaurants since then, though, but that doesn't seem to count. sometimes they want to know what machines you have experience with, and i find myself unable to remember six years ago what sort of espresso machine it was. =p
