I bought this as part of my niece's Christmas, just so I would have a chance to read it, too. I was horse crazy as a kid, and I can't help but think of how I would have obsessed over this book when I was younger. It was a good darn read as an adult, too. I loved her fresh take on water horses.

I loved it! I'm glad you read it and liked it too. I was worried before I read it because I didn't care for Shiver even though everyone else did.
