I'm reading this right now! I'm enjoying it too. The cover really is awesome, and it looks even better up close and personal.

It does! It's also the kind of cover that if I'd bought the e-version, I would've broken down and bought the hard copy too anyway!

Yes! From the stage to the placement and pose of the model, to the wallpaper underneath and the font they use for the title... it's just perfection. I just finished the book and am writing a review myself, and I agree with everything you said. Definitely an amazing read.

However, and this is both funny and a concern, but I was startled that a mother would pop out her boob to feed the baby not just in front of her teenaged daughter, but the younger, teenaged son.

I can tell you that my mom would not do this, and did not do it when she was nursing my brother, despite the fact that I was only 3-4 years old at the time. She used a baby blanket to cover herself.

But I can also tell you that my mother is very conservative and very self-conscious, so that is completely in character for her. My family isn't large--it's just my brother and me--so I can't speak to whether it would be different in a larger family.

I don't usually read contemporary novels, preferring historical and fantasy, but I've seen so many great reviews of this book that I might just try to find it at my local library ( ... )

Thanks for sharing! Like I said, this is a completely foreign thing to me, so it's cool to learn about.

If you read this book, do come back to share your thoughts!
