I tried to get into this book but I couldn't and I've read the Cat books.

Just wasn't feeling it.

I gave it away.

It doesn't have the same pull that the Cat books do. It feels too generic, which is a shame.

I've been losing a bit of interest in even Cat and Bones' books. I have all but the last one, and haven't even read Destined for an Early Grave yet. So I've been debating buying this new series, but it sounds like it's just going to bore me. It's too bad, because I enjoy Jeanine Frosts writing, especially with her earlier Cat books. I guess I'm just not crazy about her romance aspects of the books. I enjoy more the urban fantasy parts.

Definitely don't read this one until you read DESTINED, but DESTINED wasn't my favorite of the series at all. Books 1-3 were great for me though.

I'm behind in the Grave series (um.. read only book 1, have book 2 in TBR) so it'll be a while till I get to this one!

This is definitely not one to read "whenever" you get around to it. You've got to read the first four Night Huntress books first! :)

Creepy dude is VERY creepy. It's not worth reading anyway unless you've read the first four Night Huntress books. :)
