I sure as hell wouldn't. She's a walking lawsuit;

It's been three months, she can't find a job so she sues her school. Her GPA of 2.7 and "solid attendance record" should make her a prime catch for any employer. NOT!

I'm convinced it is a strong case... I especially liked how she phrased her legal claim. Her theory of the case was very clear.

I used to be employed. Now I am not. It's only been two months, but I think I am going to sue on a similar theory.

I'm going to add Bush, Cheny, Obama, Biden and each individual member of Congress for the last 8 years as separate defendents for not doing enough to improve the economy, and in fact letting it rot through their neglect (yeah, I know, immunity doctrines, but who cares? they don't care about the constitution or the Geneva convention, I don't care about any applicable immunity doctrines). And Goldman Sachs for their role in this mess. And all the large banks and brokerages. And all the media conglomerates.

Give me time, I can makea waaay more compelling a case than she has . . .
