Your mom made wedding cakes? That's awesome. My mom used to do catering, but I think that cake would have been more fun to eat growing up than fancy food.

Seriously, what is up with Cali's weather? Just when I get in the swing of things, it changes. Cold to hot to windy to sunny and windy and then back to hot. And didn't it used to rain more in March?

Um, she actually did wedding planning and catering as well, haha. Only think less fancy food and more working my butt off as a helper. Still applies, from time to time.

IKR? It was tank top weather here on Friday. And yes, I remember spring semester consisting primarily of dreary weather.

Someone else who knows what Spoons is! There's a group of us in the ag department that get together every now & then for a couple games and good food.

Oh, I know the feeling. My mom did the catering, but my aunt was and still is a wedding planner. Lol, I'll be a helper until I live more than 50 miles away from home.

I currently live 200 miles away for school, and still get roped into helping. We've got a wedding this summer in WA that we're helping plan and cater and doing the cake for. Old family friends, but I still think my mom is crazy.
