I've always wanted to drive cross country, I guess from watching those 80's family movies of grand road trips to places like Yosemite in a station wagon. My family didn't do trips like that (probably a good thing for the sanity of all involved). Yeah really, I really do think that no one should have to make a drive like that on their own, especially in winter!

Let's see, well we went to a nice Thai place in Denver, that's a city I'd like to visit for longer some time, they have some neat stuff to see. On the way to LA from Vegas is the Mad Greek, kind of nice little oasis in the desert. All staffed by unhappy Mexicans though :/ The vegan place we went to in LA though was the best, I'll have to get the name again from Sheri. They had a very yummy variation on miso soup, good stuff :) And jasmine tea! mmmm tea...
