Yup, it's that time again, though officially I'm not a year older until 5pm today ;) Went to a triple-feature at the drive-in in Hamilton Friday night with ranma151773012 which was quite awesome. My car's first drive-in ever! *sniff* I'm so proud ( Read more... )

Happy Birthday!!! :D Sounds like you're having a nice, relaxing weekend (HEY and that sounds like a pretty fun trio to watch for a triple feature, though I have to agree that in comparison to the other two, Hulk is pretty boring :/)~ ♥! Thanks! :D I do want to give Hulk another chance sometime, there was some good character stuff going on, it just seemed a bit...weird for a film about Hulk, you know? He sure did seem to have a lot of King Kong moments though. But to be fair it was like 3am and I am NOT a night owl, so the fact that it wasn't active enough to keep me awake at that time of night wasn't necessarily a mark against it.

And Avatar OMG!!! One of the best series of any kind I've ever seen, seriously, and such a great one for kids! I can't wait for the DVD set :D

Oh I totally agree, it's actually the first time I've ever seen a "the story thus far" episode done so cleverly, you don't even feel like you're watching that kind of story at all, it's so engaging and funny, and there's character stuff actually being accomplished! Such a great series :D
