Gideon sighed, shaking his head. "Don't be sorry," he insisted. "I think it's kind of... Admirable what you're doing. Is that strange? I guess I'm just not very comfortable with the attention this might direct towards our relationship."
Gideon grinned up at her, kicking off his shoes as well as he could crawl up next to her. He settled on his side next to her, shyly taking her hands. "... Hi."
Gideon let out a shaky sigh against her lips, reaching for his wand to mutter a few hasty spells. He started frantically tugging at the buttons on her blouse, eager to get them undone.
Shivering at her fingers on his skinny chest, Gideon looked up at her, his fingers on the soft skin of her waist. He loved her, he knew. And to be honest, all this talk of marriage certificates, whether there is any genuine inquiry or not, had gotten him thinking. Bloody hell, of course the were far too young, but in the future? How couldn't imagine being with anyone else.
Gideon propped himself up on one elbow, watching her with dark eyes, though he had no idea just how hungry he looked. His lips fell open a little as he stared up at her, his eyes following the lines and curves he was finding himself becoming more and more familiar with. He set his hand on her knee, a deep, urgent sense of need growing in the pit of his stomach.
Marlene met his eyes again, nearly astonished to see that look on Gideon, her sweet and anxious and awkward Gideon. She bit her lip slowly, pushing her hair over her shoulders, not wanting to break the moment.
Gideon swallowed, his eyes meeting hers. He was breathing heavier as he slid his hand on her knee a little higher, letting it flirt with the hem of her skirt. "Marly.." he whispered.
Gideon smiled softly, sliding his arms around her small waist. He wasn't sure where this boldness was coming from, but soon he found himself tugging at the zipper on her skirt, eager to get it off of her.
