Awesome composition! 23 - I don't like how her legs are cropped off at the bottom of the icon. If you placed the text a little bit behind the subject instead of over her head, there would be plenty of space to fit her whole body on the icon. 78 - The bright colors are bringing all the flaws of the screencap to light in ways that aren't flattering to the overall icon. Sticking to a muted palette would have helped mask all of that grit better.
