I'm also a little envious of people who can truly not have much money and not be troubled by it or not need it. I don't know if that exists anymore, but.

She's a local artist I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I did a recreation of one of her paintings aaaaaages ago using pastels and cardboard stacked for 3D effects, and I sent her an image and sort of a fan letter. She totally got back to me about it. :3

Mhmmm. Her new work is really quite fantastic. She has a show coming up that's in my city, so if I manage to keep hold of time long enough to remember, I'm going to go down and see what she's offering. :3

You know, I sometimes struggle with #5, too. But then I realize that being a good generalist has its blessings. We will not be so disappointed should something fail. We can pick up new skills easily. We are not known as one-trick ponies. We can move on should we our interest in something wane. And, best of all, we can be passionate about many things!
