I only know Supernatural through what you've told me and the five episodes I've watched and the various things I've managed to read, but for some (obvious) reason as far as I'm concerned they're intrinsically linked to the Star Trek crew. Something like Sulu/Dean is just so purely possible in my brain.

I\m kinda something of a fan of Sulu/Dean now, even if that one fic I always recc is Dean/Kirk. I like Sulu/Kirk, but with Dean, all the things that would drive Sulu CRAZY are suddenly fixed or something. Holy man.
