Thank you! My goodness! I appreciate the compliments. I am really frustrated with my weight at the moment, though, because I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. Argh! Any pointers?
Life is grand, but far from perfect. I just try to enjoy every day as much as I can.
I'm trying to loose weight right now too. I've increased my exercise. I'm also replacing 1 to 2 meals a day with "healthy meal nutritional shakes." I have a big healthy lunch...and healthy snaking during the day. (plus an occasional treat if I REALLY want something). Once my runs get longer though, I'm going to stop the shakes...or atleast do less of them. But, so far they are working pretty well. I don't feel full, but I don't feel hungry...so thats a good thing.
I work out every other day (30 mins cardio, 15 mins toning). Perhaps I should start working out every day. I keep fluctuating between 150 and 155 pounds. All I want is to get down to 135/140. White bread, white rice, and white sugar have all been cut from my diet. I don't drink soda. I don't eat red meat or pork. So, I think my body is just being stubborn. What's your exercise regime?
