Don't eat anything that has High Fructose Corn Syrup and Enriched Flour. The body can't quite process it correctly so it doesen't digest right. It helps a lot with eating healthy and being on a diet if you stay away fromt hsoe things ( ... )

Hehehe, as I type this it's 1:16am, go figure with having good sleep =P Yeah, I just want to calorie count so I can can know what exactly I'm eating... because I have this tendency to just keep on going.. and going... and going... and never looking back. **eecckk!!!

And yeah, I really just need to change my LIFE and ATTITUDE in general about health.

hahaha, it's just a "know what you are eating diet", so i won't be in denial as to how many calories I intake.

So i hear you are going to be going to disneyland this weekend! Gonna meet up to see Jeannie and her beautiful baby? I hope it works out and we all can see each other!

Hey Aaron---chinette here. just for your info, a normal sized avocado is equivalent to 5 servings so I wouldn't recommend eating the whole thing!
