This was in 4x03 and Castiel's face was awesome. I actually found the transcript for the scene:

DEAN wakes up.

CASTIEL
Hello, Dean.

DEAN turns around to see that CASTIEL is sitting on the side of the bed.

CASTIEL
What were you dreaming about?

DEAN, obviously not happy shoves the jacket down off his arm.

DEAN
What, do you get your freak on by watching other people sleep? What do you want?
