At the moment I'm trying to copy edit and typeset the book. This is proving to be even more boring than I thought it would be, so it's taking a long time. I was planning to use lulu.com to make a couple of souvenir copies for myself and my family, but other than that I don't have any plans to stick it online or anything. It's too long to print on a home printer (more than 60 A4 pages, in plain text), and I think it's also too long to read online. Maybe I'll find a home for it some day.
