I was A BIT NERVOUS about this ep not meeting my e'er so slight expectations what with some actors I think are great (Liam Cunningham and Tobias Menzies), a SUBMARINE, and beautiful old skool monsters.

I am a bit distressed that pseudo-historicals can now be set the year before I was born.

Grief, but you're a young'in! I would have been 12 when this was taking place.

Fun ep - I really liked the face of the Martian. Wonderfully unlike any other.

This was a pretty decent episode. I was a little disappointed that we had all that business with Skaldak out of his suit, but we got some good old-fashioned stompy business as well, so I'm satisfied. Loved the CGI face too.

I was half expecting David Warner's character to turn traitor or something. He's been a baddie in everything else I've seen him in.
