Moffat has a habit of making seemingly mundane things scary. He did it with statues and shadows, now snowmen. Wait. They all begin with an 'S'. What next, sausages?

I am excited. I want a Vastra and Jenny spin-off show so much! Also, the Christmas specials are so terribly cheesy but I love them anyway and most of them make me cry.

I think I squeed louder at the "never be replaced/Hi!" bit than I did at Great Detective, and I squeed a LOT at Great Detective. That's how a companion change is supposed to be!

If there's a fandom for the Paternoster Row Gang, I'm totally joining. They're the epitome of awesome and I'm thrilled that they're coming back.
