Local council elections! The second dullest of all UK elections! But never mind for the results are pretty cheering and make me feel a wee bit happier knowing that the country has, in fact, noticed the sheer shitness of the Coalition. Their main thing is that they want to UK out of the EU. There're also hard-line right-wingers who have an immigration policy and charming ideas about British nationality that do little to disguise their racism.

Professor Pongoo certainly would win my vote over many other candidates. And hurrah for BNP failing, though rather wish the UKIP would have as well. Oh well. There is always next election, I suppose.
