OMG I LOVE HIM HE IS MAGIC. PRACTICALLY ALL OF HIM. The only Doctor I never liked was David Collings, but then I wasn't supposed to.

Right: Susan's gran, Barbara (unrequited), Cameca, Polly, Jamie, Liz, Sarah (more Ten or Eleven and SJA era Sarah Jane), Tegan, Todd (from Kinda), Turlough, the Rani, Grace, Reinette, Martha, Amy (and Doctor/Amy/Rory), Illeana de Santos (BF: Loups Garoux), Charley, Marie Curie, Morgaine. He's a bit KEEN on arresting people, but Rene Auberjonois is amazing so the aspects of his character I'd be "aarg, no!" about with a lesser actor get glossed over.

I've no idea what's unpopular in DS9 fandom. Do people hate that bit where he was all "I'll let Quark win Just This Once" in season 7? I hated that. QUARK WINS LOTS. it is an Exciting Battle of Wits between Vaguely Equals.

That there'd been more fallout from his betrayal of the resistance after the DS9 Occupation arc.

I liked the Library ending. Cause it's said in the episode that the little girl can have any adventure she likes and has all the books ever written, so, y'know, it's not exactly a Vast Extrapolation that River can do the same even if we don't explicitly see it onscreen.

(Though, in my head, the Doctor comes back and makes a new body to download her into and they go off and have Many Moar Adventures.)

DON'T DIE RIVER. Also, marry the Doctor and have much fun and sexytiems.
