Rewatching the last episode of Sherlock. The first scene still annoys me ridiculously because he won't get "hung" or "hanged", if sentenced to death, he'll get shot. Execution in Belarus* is by firing squad. But, by all means, don't let the facts get in the way of a half-assed punchline.

*Belarus, the only country in Europe to still have the death ( Read more... )

...I did wonder whether Belarus was still into hanging.

Woot woot! I think a bunch of other Whoey friends have either got or are getting that Eleven Doctors boxset.

I know, right?! Probably why the dealer's room at Gally was obscurely selling Oscar Wilde action-figures: they looked like the Missing Action!Eight.

Indeedy! (That is an awesome range of Perfectly Sensible action figures; there is an Edgar Allen Poe with a raven on his shoulder, anyway, I love that one.)

I had been holding out on buying any Doctors until I could get a set. And now I have one! All eleven Doctors are currently hanging out on my desk at work.

I wonder whether the Masters are going to be sold individually? I do not particularly need an Axon tentacle creature, but I would take one if it were the only way to get a Delgado Master.

I don't think anyone really needs an Axon tentacle creature. It's the sort of thing I look at and think whhhhhyyyyy? And then get bitter because they'll make a billion rubbish robots and variations of Daleks but not one Giant Clam. Boo.

I'm bitter that they aren't selling oldschool companions. I want a Barbara and a Jamie and a Liz and two Romanas and a Turlough and an Ace! And a UNIT boxed set.

Erm, some. I haven't got a Androzani!Five, so really I am fine and normal and non-completist, trallala.

There's a special Androzani!Five? How does he look?

I've made him up - it's the Sixth in Five's messed up Androzani costume.

I saw that Eleven Doctors box set in Forbidden Planet in London and it had a huge "ONE ONLY PER CUSTOMER" sign attached, so the speculators have obviously been around.

I was annoyed because Sherlock was correcting someone's grammar when he was describing bludgeoning his girlfriend to death, encouraging audience laughter. LOL SHE DEAD. But, eh, I don't like Sherlock, so there we go.

I LOVE THAT BOX OF DOCTORS. It's amazing.
