Second, I like speculation about what it was really like for Rose when she was temporarily a part of the TARDIS. I'm pretty sure you were referring back to some past Doctor adventures that I can't recall -- the plant extermination reminds me of a couple of things, and I clearly remember the Nemesis, but I'm drawing a blank on Article 9 and the death list, but that's okay because it still works as hinting towards all the terrible things in the Doctor's and TARDIS' past (some of which he was directly responsible for).
It is a true fact I sort of like referring to old skool stuff in new skool stories without the least consideration to anyone who is not familiar with the Entire Canon. Ahem. It is shiny it still works though, yes, thank ye.
This was a beautifully written and chilling little story. It might well be a mercy to Rose that she doesn't consciously remember what happened when she merged with the TARDIS.
Intriguing and shiver-y. It really makes me wish they didn't drop the Bad Wolf thing so fast, when Tooth & Claw aired I thought they were going to pick-up the thread and address the consequence of Rose merging with the Time Vortex.
I'm glad, at least that we have fanfic like these.
