How do you make colorbars???

how do you make collages??? with different pictures???

Point me the way... and I can learn.. OR I have pictures to used..

To make just a plain colorbar, its just a table that is defined at a certain size and with a certain color. A perfect example would be halffling's Harry Potter scarf color bars:

In the html you can see that its a table. It gets more complicated than that, but thats the basic point.

I'm not 100% sure how to make a colorbar with pictures, like some of the snarry ones I've seen. I would guess that you collect the pictures you want, edit them with photo editing software (photoshop, probably), and then put them together.

Now I'm curious too.

I've downloaded a program.. but the instructions and tutorial.. aren't very helpful..
