i now have to avoid bottom feeders due to my health issues. they pick up lots of nasty stuff, and it's very rare anymore to get good cleaned (no poop) shrimp.

what i really love are scallops.. mmmmmm..

on vacationman (new season of survivorman) he found some fresh scallops in this bay, and cooked them in a coconut half in the milk. omg, that sounds soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
