Drabble 1:

Dad. To him, it was a loaded word.

It was what he had lost. The cheeky-grinned son that Sara swore was the spitting image of him when he was in trouble. Tucking him in, or gazing through his telescope together.

Well, that was just sad. Not fair. ::skips off to read fluff::

Kind of torn between jumping around in delight at you thinking it was sad not flat, and apologising for it being sad. ^_^

It never really occured to me, until this. I think its probably because neither of them make a big deal about it. It also struck me that the Sam/Jacob relationship not only offered hope to the Teal'c/Ry'ac, but also eases some of the guilt of the Jack/Charlie.

And yeah, Sam's a fixer.
