Actually, "hmph" is the one I use most often. I use "cheezy" when talking about a story being excessively cheesy, or when referring to any "cheese-food" substance, which I usually call "EasyCheeze" regardless of what it actually is.
also (uhm) might not really be my first choice, because it depends on context, if I use uhm or erm... uhm is "thinking with a bit of awkwardness or so-undertone" and erm is more of a "wtf?".
