Raising Harry series Part II (GG/AD - MM/AD)

So here's the second part of the series of pics I did for my friends. They're Grindelwald/Dumbledore, and McGonagall/Dumbledore (looking after Harry). These two ships happen to be my friends' favorite ships. So, yeah, I'll probably end up doing something more with them.

And, just in case I'm not around, hope you have some great holidays!

Omigod, so beautiful! I love Grindelwald's gold robes and his Hallows symbol around his neck, and I love how you've made Dumbledore's and Grindelwald's hair different despite them being grizzled old men. ^_^ Minerva! Love her! Of course she'd be the one of the three awake and watchful. The detail on everything is so wonderful; joyful Harry, sleeping curled-up Harry, Dumbledore's foot sticking out of the blankets, the depth of the trees and forest, the shading in the parchment, the out-of-focus in the foreground in the second picture, Fawkes at the window...man, I can't pick a favorite thing. It's all wonderful.

Wow. Just w. those are amazing! The amount of details in both fore and backgrounds blow me away. And the subjects are wonderfully dynamic, which is often missing when someone does great backgrounds.

I've been super-busy with RL and I miss being more active in fandom and on LJ. Can't wait for the holidays to arrive so that I can curl up with fanfic and the cats.

What are your plans for the holidays?

I know! RL gets way too crazy sometimes. I hear you on that plan for the holidays! Sounds great and super relaxing :)
I'm going to go back to my hometown to visit my parents, and then I'll go to a small city nearby the beach where my boyfriend has a house. It should be fun, but it's a lot of travelling! And, after that, I'll try to catch up on work and fandom :)
