My first day back at work, and I have to call in our gardener for an emergency consultation because his vines are playing catch with the wait staff. As I understand it this is not an unusual occurrence when he's involved with plant life of any kind, but he assures me the difficulty was the result of a curse, and the plants here at Lux should ( Read more... )

curse, bills don't pay themselves, lux, responsible grown up, management, sigh peri decorating, strict task master, take your plants for a walk day

Typically, my line of work involves college students and flesh-eating monsters, sometimes in conjunction.

The gardener could have talked the plants into sewing him a new shirt if he wanted to.
