Unless you're on leave, you have until 9:00 PM Monday to ensure that any paperwork owed is completed and on my desk so I can review it Tuesday. Some of you need to sign off on reports, raises, inventories, renewed contracts, etc.

This is not a curse. Note the lack of cubicles and misappropriated staplers.

Placing a due date on the paperwork pending now and reading said paperwork next week prevents that paperwork from joining the pile certain to form later.
