I love having a dessert I hadn't tried before. It was very delicious, and like you said, not too heavy.

I really like the last photo. Like I said on the night, it reminds me of something (seeing that round ball of ice cream on top), but I still can't think what it is yet.

It looks fabulous, but I was really hoping for the lamb stew recipe. That looks delicious, and I love me some lamb.
