Uhh... well... I discovered I have an Alter, too. Mine's different, though. I can see/feel what the person feels, most the time Kazu-kun, but it works if I have something of the persons', through dreaming or day dreaming.

Kazu-kun can change his arm to be some powerful weapon or something. I'm not sure how to explain his. Ryuhou-san has Zetsui.

Yes, sometimes that happens. This place pulls people from all different times and places, it's very possible he comes from a time before he met you.
