Charles (chasfburk) and I went to see Chip Wilson last night at The Kerry Pub in the Quarter. Chip is an incredible guitar player and has an amazing voice. This was my third time seeing him and it was still fantastic

Sounds like Don Ernesto had a good time.

Does Irma Thomas still perform in NOLA?
For a few years, every time I was in New Orleans, she was in either New York or Boston.

She was just up in Boston in MAY at the Scullers Club!!! Ugh.

And she does still perform an occasional show down here.
