There are a lot of pumpkins grown in CA. I don't know why this blows my mind, but it does. Oh, and I have never heard of jam tastings but apparently they are had here. (We went to brunch at Fisherman's Wharf this am, and I gotchallah and butter and jam, and Scott was all, "You got toast!" and I was all, "Yeah, but it was really fucking good toast!!")
