So Christmas has come and gone - not a spectacular even for my family though we celebrate it a good half-dozen times. ^^;; (Oddly enough only one of those is actually on Christmas - go figure ( Read more... )

Yes, 'How to Train Your Dragon' does look adorable - and I didn't make the Fizzgig connection until you mentioned it but now I totally see it! Haha, how funny.

And hells yeah for 'Clash of the Titans'! I'd been hearing about it but hadn't seen the trailer yet. I am all sorts of excited for that one! And the fact it'll be in IMAX...?! All the much better. *is so excited* If this one goes over well I'm also REALLY hoping they redo Jason and the Argonauts. *fingers crossed*

As for your writing - I'm always excited anytime you get anything out so yay for the prospects.

I so want one of the dragons from that trailer - so darned adorable! (Even with all the teeth.) When the merchandise comes out (cuz you know it will) I'll so be getting a nice plush! :-D

Oooo and Clash of the Titans... I sooo can't wait! I don't know if it will hit IMAX (it seemed to be a bit of a fad a while back) but, I'm so keeping my fingers crossed that it does!! :-D Sooo can't wait!

As for Jason and the Argonauts... me too! I dug both out and will be watching them on the big pretty tv sometime in the near future in preparation. These were some of my favorite movies from childhood! :-D

Oooh thanks for the trailers. I'm usually too lazy to look for them and only look at them when they land in my lap.

I had a problem with LJ cut earlier this week. I finally tucked my New Year's prompt in one when I switched my browser from Firefox to Explorer. I don't know why that worked, but I thought I would suggest it. :D

Movie trailers are a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. I used to go to the movies once a week with a friend who wanted to edit movie trailers 'when she grew up.' Even though she never followed through with that we still try to go as often as our wallets allow. >.< (I actually wanted to put a couple more in my entry but thought without a cut it would be overkill and way too much of a strain on everyone who wasn't interested in them. ^^; )

Hmm... I also use Firefox. I wonder if that was the problem? It was really strange though as I've done them before. I dunno will have to wait and see what happens the next time I need to do a cut. Thankfully, I don't do them very often so hopefully whatever went squiffy will be fixed by the time I have to do another one. :-)
