By about eleven this morning I had come to the conclusion that I probably wasn't going to get much written today down the shop. Despite assuring myself that being at work would be the perfect opportunity to get plenty of writing done, I just couldn't get into that writing zone. And I wasn't even getting that many distractions.

Staying slightly ahead of yourself is definitely useful, I like the idea of having a little bit of padding that I can fall back on if need be.
