My adult son's reaction: "HOORAY! MURDERBOT!" Which wasn't far off of mine. *g* Thanks for the tip!

I think there were a lot of shouts of "HOORAY, MURDERBOT!!!" around the globe this morning. It actually started trending on twitter. XD

I just love that mushy-hearted cyborg.

I love them, too! They just want to watch their shows! Why must the ridiculous squishy humans put themselves in dangerous situations?

I hope, if they ever make Murderbot into a film or TV show, that it's as good as the books. *fingers crossed*

Woooo! I was able to get some of them recently when the prices were reduced, but now I can have the rest of the set!

And here I was wishing the next book was coming out earlier so it'd be available for quarantine reading... looks like it may yet be here for quarantine at this rate, lol. I'm kind of regretting ordering hard copy a little at this point, though, because with their re-prioritizing of shipping now I'm nervous Amazon will be late delivering it. D:

Oh, good! I'm glad you can get the rest of them for free. :) I had bought each one as they came out after getting the first one as a bargain on Amazon for, I dunno, .99 cents or something. I got so hooked I didn't mind spending the money for each as soon as it came out. But I'm downloading these again to my laptop so I can send them to hubby's Kindle. I might send them to my sister, too, if she hasn't gotten them already.

And ehhh, yeah, hadn't though about delays in hardcover shipping. I started buying these all as ebooks so I just preordered the ebook, so I'll have it that day. It does look like the quarantine life will still be a thing even then--and even if they open up some more businesses here, I'm still in that vulnerable category since I have asthma, so I'm resigned to being stuck at home until either there's NO new cases for several weeks or a vaccine comes out. I'm... trying not to think about that too much, though!!
