When I was going through old purses last week, I came across a stash of forgotten giftcards, including one for Pier 1 that hubby had given me for Christmas 2 years ago (thank goodness they don't expire!!). So, before all the stay-home admonitions had started, I took myself shopping 2 weekends back and found this:

Exactly. I would never have paid the $99 full price, but 40% off with my gift card atop that put it well in the "must put this in my car immediately and beat off anyone that tries to take it from me with a stick" category. XD

I was so happy to have found the gift card AND that it hadn't expired (I don't think Pier 1 cards ever do, unlike some). If only I'd found more. LOL

It was such a happy find! I still smile when I step out on the porch, and now I'm really longing for warm weather so I can actually make use of it for holding my cup of coffee.
