I'm thinking about creating a faith journey section of my journal, both because I learn better when I write and so that I can look back at it. For some reason I am more faithful about keeping journals electronically than any other way ( Read more... )

I'd love to be a part of that "filter" if that is the method you choose. Althought, I actually have a private journal that I use for this purpose (although I'm notoriously bad about actually writing in it).

PS I became a Candidate in February and it wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. Just remember, the members of Presbytery aren't allowed ask you any questions about your theology at this stage. I actually had to tell one of the members of Presbytery that "I couldn't answer her question" becuase it was about my personal theology and not about my faith journey. But she was very good natured about it, so it's not a cause for alarm. Good luck and many prayers.
