21 days to go, dude! Are you avoiding Spoilermania? Keep that low profile, because there was one bit the mainstream media picked up on. I think that's faded away now, but watch where you surf. \O/
21 days to go? Not here, it isn't. It's been fun to be able to wander almost everywhere over the past month without being worried about spoilers - I guess I've got another 21 days to enjoy that. Then it'll go back to you guys being months ahead of me.
JoyTV has a really cool promo for Supernatural, it's not for the new season, it's just for the show. It's part of one of the 'Wayward Son' montages. It started playing between episodes and I was scrambling around trying to figure if they'd skipped a bunch and were repeating the finale. Very attention-getting.
You know how I like to give you joke spoilers? Well, a joke spoiler I may have given you is actually true. Miley Ray Cyrus is actually going to play Dean's illegitimate daughter.
I honestly didn't know. But see, we're all psychic and no one uses the net anymore.
What can I say? It's a gift. I predict that the winner of this week's lottery will have hair and that there will be some batshittery in a workplace with a boss. Could be you, could be a popular SPN writer. The spirits aren't clear, but that's what you get for putting barley in the vodka.
Both episodes of SPN were preempted for baseball tonight here. Bleh. So I caught up on my summer rewatch. Now I have only 2 episodes to watch this week instead of 8.
I never could have done it on my own, I am not that disciplined. But going along with the schedule from TWoP def made it easier. Plus they're having the weekly discussion in the threads for the eps so it's kind of neat getting "newbies" and "veterans" perspectives. I love the whole "looking back, knowing what we know now" of the whole thing. It makes me hate Ruby even more and I actually forgot how much I despise Bela. Maybe I just hate her more this time around. *shrug*
I think after the show's all done and before TWOP PH's the forum, I'm gonna have to go over there and read all the things I missed out on while avoiding spoilers.
I didn't mind Bela until "Red Sky". I didn't mind her as an adversarial character concept, but "Red Sky" kind of killed the happy.
I had Ruby pegged from day one, so I was quite happy to be right about her. Did not like Genviev Cortese's portrayal, and wasn't keen on Katie Cassidy's either, but the concept, retrospectively is a sound one for an adversarial character. I still seethe at the end of Jus in Bello, though.
