While in the throes of a sudden, desperate, unstoppable, urgent, burning need to make my tag sidebar be in cloud format in the middle of work today (I don't even frigging know), I've managed to lose my custom colour scheme and a few other settings and things. Sorry to hear it. I hope you get your pretty layout back.

That said… Tag cloud!

From the home page, slide your mouse over the Journal menu. Click on "customize journal style".

When that page is loaded, click on the "sidebar" part of the sidebar on the left of the page.

Scroll down until you see "Display of tags in the sidebar" with a scrolling menu thing beside it that says "list".

Click on the menu thing. A second option should show up, which reads "cloud".

Save your changes.

Go to your page and admire the effect. :)

I know, but for some reason on the "Component" Layout customize pages, that option isn't available. It's just either "Yes" or "No" to display the tags menu, no "List" or "Cloud" option.

Huh. Maybe it's to do with your particular style? Maybe some CSSs can support clouds and some can't?

It seems to me that there has to be a way to do it down in the code somewhere. I mean, I like the basic "Component" layout, and I like that I can change the colours to whatever I want. All I want different about it is a tidy tag cloud instead of the list that goes on for miles. It's frustrating.

I think this week is also a permanent full moon--not just Mon:P Although a week full of mondays' seems about right too...argh. Hoping you get your settings sorted out..

Oh god, I forgot about the full moon. I think I've got the colours roughly back to normal though. Sort of.
