Ok, EVERYTHNG you just said, I agree. :) And I was SO happy when yours was the first thing on my flist just now! I thought your illness might keep you down a bit longer. Hope you're feeling better and the wasabi hasnn't burned your nose off your face. ;)

Yay for agreement!

I thought your illness might keep you down a bit longer.

I have no idea whether these are a new kind of antibiotic or if it's the wasabi or what, but it's really responding well, if revoltingly. I haven't even spiked a fever since I started taking them and that's usually a really good sign that the infections have given up. Also, I didn't push to type this up last night like I often do, I was sensible and went straight to bed after the second viewing and hammered it out in the morning. No rambling crazy cracked out meta, so this was a shortish one.

Well, the CW watermark was right over the card at the end so I couldn't even read it!! gah!

OMG BRAD! I only recognised him from his role on House last year... I feel like a very bad fangirl now.

Sam's secret is starting to feel like Dean's secret circa mid Season 2, and I bet the payoff ends up being on the same level as well.

*facepalm* So, instead of the Magician, it was that lesser-known card of the Major Arcana, the Gossip Girl? :-)

He looks very different now. I would never have recognized him without knowing.

Arg. I hope not.

I'm still taking it very easy, but the antibiotics and/or wasabi has really kicked in, so things are progressing very well.

Um, what does 'chewing scenery' mean?

Here's a definition of sorts. It's a phrase used to describe a kind of over-the-top acting style. William Shatner's the traditional exampe, but Frederic Lehne playing Azazel is possibly my favourite example of scenery chewing, because the over-dramatic acting style suits the character (and demons in general, in my opinion).
