URGENT: JASMINE YOU IS DEAD

Aug 12, 2009 02:48

I've checked all of the major J-rock and Versailles -Philharmonic Quintet- fansites, and minus their Myspace which is pretty much never updated, it has been confirmed that early in the morning, on August 9th 2009, bassist of Versailles and the HIZAKI Grace Project, Jasmine You, died.

*glomps and cries into shoulder*
Why is it always my favourites?????

I agree with you. He is honestly someone to be remembered and praised. And I pray that wherever he is now, he is happy and at peace.

May his soul live on for ever

dawww this article touches me a lot, because you found the good words to describe your thoughts.
And, yeah, I listened to Ascendead Master and any other Versailles song for I don't-know-how-many-time to commemorate him.
It's just...unbelievable, isn't it? Plus, he was so young, and in the top of his carreer. ;_;

Rest in Peace (_ _)

I really hope they release the album in memory of him, since it was near its completion, it was gonna come out next month. Yeah, he was in his late 20s. I hope there's closure soon, I really want to know what happened to him...

I don't even know what's going to happen to the band without him.

they probably will do that, it could give them the time to think of the band's way.
(I'm also wondering what Versailles is going to be.)

I really wouldn't blame them if they disbanded, but I really think that they should continue. They could do what Malice Mizer did when their drummer suddenly passed away: They still used drummers, but they never oficially replaced him like on album covers and PVs and such. The deceased drummer was considered an eternal blood brother, and they would use stand-in drummers for concerts, but never really acknowldeged them as new members. It'd be great for Versailles since, really, no one can replace anyone like Jasmine You.
