I'm waiting for the dvd too *.* But, living in Italy, I'll have to wait for ages -.- and I can't find the book either! Grrr!

Awww. Can you order it on Amazon? I'm not sure how that works internationally. Oddly enough, my local bookstore had it in the "outdoor" section. I guess that kind of fits but it's not where I would look for it!
