Ricky says 8 oz mini cans are half sodas...they're 3/4's! mercurystardust February 12 2007, 18:37:04 UTC
Da-amn! Go Rachel!! Close to 10 pounds in less than a month?

Maybe you can "bore" me w/diet talk, sometime (as you put it). Perhaps it would get me motivated... Ahem. On the plus side, I started drinking diet soda after you hit your 4 pound mark. It was Diet Dr Pepper, in fact...and it's not half bad!

So, maybe I'm still eating like a drunken mountain goat, but at least I'm cutting down the sugar by 40 grams a day. Shudder.

P.S. Joan Rivers is a pod person, pass it on (purple monkey dishwasher)

Ha. Yeah, it's two thirds. But I personally think 3/4 is a much more attractive fraction.

Yay for diet soda! (I'm impressed you like it...I hate it. However I have been guzzling the Crystal Lite lemonade mixes "like a drunken mountain goat." Oh man, that made me laugh.)

"It was water...and now it's not...holy crap, we're standing in the middle of the river!!"

HA! Cute little Texas girl.

Congrats on the pants-fitting, but don't lose too much, 'cause you're already adorable. I don't want to have to play the Jewish grandmother card with you too... :)

Ah, no worries about that. I lack the necessary willpower/I am in a too deeply committed relationship with food to lose too much.

Besides, we need to save the Jewish grandmother card for when I'm sick again and not taking care of myself. :)

Aw thanks! That was sweet of you. It's a deal. And where is that quote from? (the "Just slap an F on there..." one)

quote from Brian Regan caesia126 February 21 2007, 02:16:58 UTC
It's from that comedian, Regan. It's one of his oldest sketches, and one of his absolute best. You must listen to it. It's called "stupid in school."

Ignore the fact that some dork put some horrible animation with the sound...every clip I found showing him doing the sketch had the annoying guy filming reciting along with him. Anywho, the man is hilarious. My entire family quotes his first CD at every gathering.
