I usually just come across gifs in icon posts or in posts to show specific communities. Now that you mention it though, there probably is some gif community we don't know about. We're totally missing out!
Yes, I love Liz Lemon! (Though I must admit I'm not caught up on the current 30 Rock season.) I made a few 30 Rock icons once upon a time but they're from long enough ago in my iconing that they're a bit crappy. Perhaps it's time to make some new ones!

Dude, you should TOTALLY make 30 Rock icons. Their icon comm is so slow =/ There needs to be more Liz Lemon in the world =)
(btw, I absolutely LOVE that episode (your icon)! SM is a terrific actress, and I loved her character on SVU!!)
